We’re hiring a DM Appointment Setter to handle inbound and outbound Instagram DMs and book qualified sales calls for Creator College.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Loves sales conversations (not spammy scripts)
• Understands Instagram culture and content
• Can build rapport fast and move leads to action
• Wants performance-based income and growth

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling Instagram DMs daily (inbound & outbound)
• Starting conversations with leads in a natural, on-brand way
• Qualifying prospects based on set criteria
• Booking sales calls into our calendar
• Following up consistently with warm leads
• Updating simple tracking sheets (leads, booked calls, show-ups)
• Working closely with the sales team to improve conversions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written communication (clear, confident, human, not robotic)
• Comfortable having sales-oriented conversations in DMs
• Familiar with Instagram DM workflows
• Able to handle objections calmly and confidently
• Consistent, reliable, and self-motivated
• Coachable and open to feedback

Bonus (not required):

• Previous experience as a DM setter, VA, or sales rep
• Familiarity with high-ticket offers or creator education brands
• Understanding of funnels / lead qualification
